We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring the cancellation or rescheduling of a school incursion. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made 30 days or more in advance of the scheduled incursion date will receive a full refund of any deposits or fees paid.

• Cancellations less than 30 days before the scheduled incursion date will not be eligible for a refund, as significant preparations and resources would have already been allocated for the event.

• In the event of a cancellation due to circumstances beyond the control of the school or incursion provider, such as extreme weather conditions or unforeseen emergencies, we will work with the school to reschedule the incursion at no additional cost, subject to availability.
