We take the safety and well-being on all participants (including the Dingoes) very seriously and have several measures in place to ensure that it is a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
Firstly, our staff are trained and experienced in handling our Dingoes. They are knowledgeable about Dingoes and how they respond in certain situations. Our handlers closely supervise all interactions and are mindful of potential risks and hazards.
Secondly, we conduct extensive risk assessments and safety checks prior to each incursion to ensure that the location and environment meet safety standards. We also make any necessary adjustments to the program in response to any specific concerns or issues.
Thirdly, we provide clear instructions and guidance for students to follow during the incursion. This includes appropriate behaviour around Bindi and Flynn, such as not touching or feeding them unless directed to do by our staff.
Lastly, we ask that teachers, school staff, and parents that accompany the students also play an active role in ensuring the safety of the participants. This includes monitoring students closely and reminding them of the instructions and guidelines provided.
Overall, we are committed to providing a safe and engaging learning environment for all participants in our Dingo experience.
If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will be happy to address them.

Our Dingoes are naturally cautious and curious creatures, always alert to anything new in their territory. However, we want to assure you that our Dingoes have been raised in a loving human family since they were young pups. They have also had extensive experience interacting with the public in various noisy environments, accumulating over 2000 hours of positive interaction.
When it comes to our incursions, we emphasise the importance of student understanding and respect for the Dingoes. We provide clear instructions to ensure the safety of everyone involved. Our skilled animal handlers carefully assess each situation, considering the environment and the audience, and adjust the interaction with the Dingoes accordingly. This individualised approach ensures that everyone can enjoy a safe and enriching experience during our incursions.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring the cancellation or rescheduling of a school incursion. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
Cancellations made 30 days or more in advance of the scheduled incursion date will receive a full refund of any deposits or fees paid.
Cancellations less than 30 days before the scheduled incursion date will not be eligible for a refund, as significant preparations and resources would have already been allocated for the event.
In the event of a cancellation due to circumstances beyond the control of the school or incursion provider, such as extreme weather conditions or unforeseen emergencies, we will work with the school to reschedule the incursion at no additional cost, subject to availability.
We kindly request that any changes to the booking be communicated in writing, including the reason for cancellation or request for rescheduling. To initiate a cancellation or reschedule request, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible to info@hellodingo.com.au.
